The Clifton Chapter, which meets at The Clifton Town Meeting Hall, offers classes for the following grades:
- 6th Grade:
- C 6 meets Mondays once a month.
- 7th Grade:
- C 7 meets Mondays once a month.
- 8th Grade:
- Year Three Program: combined with students at the Springfield Country Club
- 9th-12th Grade:
- High School Cotillion: Six to seven events held at various locations in Northern Virginia and D.C.
